Fry

Shallots

Garlic

Mix of:

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp fennel

2 star anise

1 tsp cinnemon powder

7-8 cloves

1 tsp 5 spices

1 tbsp black peppercorn

Fry spices together, then add meat with sauces

1 tbsp light soy

1 tbsp dark soy

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp bean paste

6 tbsp brown sugar

1 chicken cube stock

Cover meat with water

Pressure cook chicken & pork
