1 packet of Cherry Tomatoes

1 chopped shallot

1 chopped garlic clove

Oregano 1 tsp

Basil 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Pepper 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Olive oil

Bake for 40 mins at 205 c 

Mash when cook, and add pasta
