Lasagna


 


Red Sauce

1 Onion

1 Carrot

1 Celery

1 portion of mince meat

Process

Olive oil to cover pot

Fry above veggies

Add meat

Add minced garlic 1 tsp

Add 1 bottle tomato sauce

Add dash of balsamic vinegar

Add 1 chicken cube 

1 tsp salt


White Sauce

1 Sp butter

1 Sp flour = rou

Add milk = bechamal

Add 4 cloves

Add half onion

Add cheddar cheese = mornay


Put together

1 layer lasagna sheet

white sauce

cheddar cheese

red sauce

white sauce

cheddar cheese

red sauce

white sauce

cheddar cheese

sliced cheese

then red sauce to cover all the cheese

Bake for 40 mins at 250 degrees celsius
